Hafeezat Bishi is a Media Associate at the Center for Constitutional Rights. She is responsible for supporting the Communications Team with the organization’s media output. Prior to joining the Center for Constitutional Rights in this role, she worked at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and was an intern for Prism Reports and The Praxis Project. She also worked as an interim audience producer for St. Louis Public Radio, the St. Louis, Missouri, NPR affiliate, and, in 2021, was a social media assistant for the Center for Constitutional Rights. 

Hafeezat obtained her Master’s in Engagement Journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Social Influence from Temple University. She is also a freelance writer, and her work has appeared in Prism Reports, Salon, and Courier News.
