Lynette Nicole Seymour
Executive Associate
Lynette Nicole Seymour is Executive Associate at the Center for Constitutional Rights. She supports the Executive Director and the Associate Executive Director while also working closely with the board, management team, and other executive members to fulfill CCR’s objectives and goals. Lynette earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in International Business from Hofstra University and has gained her professional administrative experience in diverse industries such as commercial real estate, international banking, non-profit healthcare development and operations, non-profit international disaster relief, and commercial advertising.
Lynette has served in various volunteer roles that reflect positive social impact including: Member of New York chapter of the National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI), a national advocacy group dedicated to the improvement of the quality of life for Black children and families through focus on health and wellness, literacy, family engagement, and college prep; 2014 co-president and website coordinator of the Queens, N.Y. Chapter of Mocha Moms Inc., a national social support group for mothers of color; contributor to the Hour Children organization, which helps incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women and their children successfully rejoin their community and reunify with their families; volunteer with the Red Cross, assisting in the collection of donations to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina; mentor to ESL students at Washington Irving High School through the Mentoring USA organization; and tutor to terminally ill children at Goldwater Memorial Hospital in New York.
