Charisse L. Waugh brings extensive experience to her role as CCR’s Grant Writer. Prior to her start at CCR, Charisse served as a the Grant Writer for Lenox Hill Neighborhood House; a Senior Writer at the ACLU’s National Office; and the Development Manager for Newark Public Library in Newark, NJ.  Charisse holds a BA in communications from Hampton University and an MBA from Rutgers University.
